Liverpool are still waiting for formal confirmation on Van Dijk, Fabinho, and Jones’ “suspected” positive tests, but all three are anticipated to miss out again this weekend.

Although no additional positive tests have been returned by the Reds, Divock Origi, Nat Phillips, Harvey Elliott, and Adrian are all injured for the visitors.

Klopp may see Wednesday’s EFL Cup fixture against Leicester as a preferable opportunity to rotate players, therefore alterations for Sunday’s match should be kept to a minimal.
